Tobacco cigarettes are banned from most buildings in New York City, and now it appears the Bloomberg administration has its sights set on electronic cigarettes.

Three leaked proposed City Council bills would stop most flavored e-cigarettes from being sold at convenience stores.

The legislation cites a new study that shows the number of high school students who tried e-cigarettes last year increased by 40 percent.
