Adventure Team Building for Youth and Adults
Adventure Team Building uses games, initiatives, and low & high ropes challenges to energize the learning among a group of people. Successful teams communicate well, support each other and focus on goals. Adventure Team Building provides opportunities to learn and sharpen those skills.
Located 35 miles north of New York City in Chappaqua, NY, Wagon Road Camp features 8 high ropes elements and 9 low ropes elements. We provide adventure experiences tailored to the specific issues a group must address to develop high levels of teamwork.
Our program serves groups from ages 10 to adults and is run year round. We work with schools, youth groups, and organizations needing staff development. The program is available for any group that wants to build effective collaborative relationships.
High Ropes Elements: Flying Squirrel, Burma Bridge, Vertical Playground, Catwalk, Centipede, Climbing Wall, Leap of Faith and Giant Ladder.
Low Ropes Elements: Whale Watch, Spider’s Web, Islands, Mohawk Walk, Wild Woosey, Meuse, 12 foot Wall, Team Triangle and Rope Swing
Low Ropes and High Ropes Team Building: Day Program
Groups of 10-12 people work through challenges that get progressively more difficult. Games, initiatives and low ropes activities create situations that require participants to communicate and cooperate to be successful.
