Life Skills Training

In addition to offering monthly life skills workshops, the center integrates life skills instruction into all of our programming.

Topics covered include budgeting, money management, health and hygiene, accessing community resources, education, legal rights and responsibilities, nutrition, finding and keeping an apartment, tolerance, diversity and much more.
