The Children’s Aid Society’s Associates Council’s “Blue Jean Ball” Brings the Wild West to New York

When:

What:
This year’s Associates Council of The Children’s Aid Society’s Gala, dubbed the “Blue Jean Ball,” will feature a Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament, live band, DJ, designer one-of-a-kind Cowboy Hat Live Auction, Silent Auction and Desperado Shooters Saloon.

The Live Auction, sponsored by Christie’s and Stetson, will include cowboy hats designed by such fashion luminaries as Robert Lee Morris, Alvin Valley, Lela Rose, Douglas Hannant, Anne Bowen, Michelle Smith, Anand Jon, Bonnie Brenner, Erika Everett, Joanna Mastrioanni, and Luca Orlandi of Luca Luca, all of whom are expected to be on hand for the auction. Exciting trips will be awarded to the top 5 finishers in the Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament, including a first place prize of a 7-night trip for 2 to St. Thomas.

Tickets are $150 for regular admission ($175 at the door), $300 for VIP admission to the high roller room and $500 for VIP admission and a spot in the Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament. For more information on the Gala, visit www.childrensaidsociety.org/bluejeanball.
