On December 8, the Hogs and Heifers NYC Saloon in partnership with The Children’s Aid Society Preventive Services hosted a holiday party for 250 of its Bronx and Upper Manhattan clients. Over 40 motorcycles, led by Santa Claus, rode up the East Side Highway to the Dunelvy Milbank Center in Harlem to deliver gifts and holiday fun.

The children and families enjoyed a delicious meal, pictures with Santa, face painting and ornament making. Michelle Dell, owner of Hogs and Heifers, presented the program with a monetary donation totaling over $20,000.

Preventive Services supports vulnerable Bronx and Upper Manhattan families facing emotional, financial and other challenges by providing individual and family therapy, home visits and linke to community services such as housing and employment counseling.
