Acclaimed Metropolitan Opera soprano Anne-Carolyn Bird and fellow musicians joined forces onstage at Broadway Presbyterian Church for a concert to benefit the tuition-free music programs of The Children’s Aid Society.
During this special visit to The Children’s Aid Society, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey announced the launch of a campaign of commitment for children and families in crisis who are served by the Garden of Dreams Foundation.
On June 20th and 21st, 2008 The Children's Aid Society’s Frederick Douglass Center on Columbus Avenue and 104th Street welcomed friends old and new for a joyous celebration of the center’s 50th anniversary.
On June 19, 2008, Con Ed’s auditorium was packed with excited high school and college students and their families, all gathered for Children’s Aid’s annual E.X.C.E.L. college scholarships and awards ceremony.
