14th Annual Spring Concert: "Where Would I Be Without Art?"

The Children’s Aid Society will held its 14th Annual Spring Concert, “Where Would I Be Without Art?” on Friday May 20, 2011 at El Museo del Barrio, located at 1230 Fifth Avenue at 104th Street. The concert featured exciting performances by our Arts Alive! program participants. These young artists from our choral, theater, dance and music ensembles have diverse artistic backgrounds, and are drawn from Children’s Aid community centers and community schools in Greenwich Village, Washington Heights, Harlem and the Bronx. Also present at this event were special guests Sandra Reaves-Phillips and Tony Award winner Adriane Lenox.
