Overview

The Children’s Aid Society established the Bronx Health Services to address the broad health needs of the Bronx community, where residents suffer from high rates of asthma, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. Too many children and adults did not have access to the preventive health care that could have a substantial impact on their well-being and future.

Our goal was to make quality health services accessible and to improve the physical and emotional well-being of children, adolescents, and their families. Every year, residents of the community visit the center to avail themselves of these services.
