After-School Program
The Children’s Aid Society East Harlem Center After-School Program provides children ages 5-11 with a diverse range of activities and services focused on their social, academic, physical, emotional and cognitive development. The program is a safe haven for many children. We use a holistic approach to address the deficits experienced by children and families while building upon their strengths.
After-School Services

- Computer instruction-technology playground
- Newsletter/media arts
- Dance, drama and chorus
- Arts and crafts
- Health, nutrition and cooking
- Martial arts
- Sports and recreation
- Nutritious meal or snack served daily
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday 3-6 p.m.
Requirements for Admission:
- Children must be between the ages 5 and 11.
- Completed After-School and OST Applications.
- Current physical examination.
