Every year, the Associates Council (AC) of The Children’s Aid Society identifies an initiative that defines how we use our time, talents, and resources.

Over the past few weeks, the Associates Council has been hard at work prepping for our fall fundraiser, Roman Holiday, on Wednesday, November 12, at 7:00p.m. This is a perfect event to kick off the holiday season.  We’ve secured a fantastic venue at Bread & Tulips in Gramercy and worked with chefs to curate a delicious, rustic Italian-themed menu.

Ciao de Roma! It’s that time of year…when we celebrate the Associates Council of The Children’s Aid Society with the 18th annual fall festa, “Roman Holiday.” Like Princess Ann, you can escape the mundane day-to-day in exchange for an evening of charming camaraderie, delicious aperitivos and antipasti, and the opportunity to raise awareness for Children’s Aid foster care programs.

All of our fundraisers feature a spectacular raffle, and this year is no exception. Check out just a few of our amazing prizes this year:

The Children’s Aid Society wouldn’t be what it is today without the dedication, heart, and help of its volunteers.  For years, volunteers have played an integral role in supporting the CAS mission and its programming through direct service volunteering, fundraising for a variety of initiatives and programs, and by providing opportunities and unique learning experiences for all of our children and youth.
