Early Head Start Opening Featured on NY1

On the afternoon of Friday, March 4, 2011, Children's Aid Society staff, parents, elected officials and some of the cutest 0-3 year olds unveiled the newest Early Head Start program in Washington Heights. NY1 was there to cover the event. The video shows the beautiful new facility and also features Katherine Eckstein, Children's Aid Director of Public Policy, discussing the need for continued federal support for Early Head Start programs.
