On Wednesday, November 3rd, Schools Chancellor Joel I. Klein released the Department of Education’s ‘2010 High School Progress Reports,’ and one of our Bronx community schools, Theatre Arts Production Company School (TAPCO), was named the top-rated high school in New York City!
