Felicita, born July 1997, is a happy, friendly and cute little girl of Puerto Rican descent. She has light complexion, brown eyes and red hair. She wears glasses. Felicita is an affectionate and attentive child who loves attention. She is energetic and needs structure and limit setting.

Felicita likes to read books and sing. She enjoys watching cartoons and playing with her "Dora The Explorer" doll. She also enjoys swimming and any outdoor activities. She loves going to eat at McDonalds and being taken to the playground. Felicita has become independent with most activities of daily living. She often likes to help clean up the house and set the table.

At times, she tends to display some aggressive and impulsive behavior, which is managed with medication and positive behavior reinforcement both at home and in school. Felicita also has a moderate medical diagnosis which is control with medication. Felicita speaks both English and Spanish. She has speech delays, which makes her words unclear at times; in most cases she can be understood.

Felicita needs close supervision both at home and in school. She is currently placed in a special educational program, where she receives therapeutic services weekly, including speech therapy. Felicita can benefit from a family who can provide her with love, patience and structure and where her special needs can be met.
