Registration for FALL 2008

• To register, please call Antonia or Omar at (212) 254-3074.
• All registration is on a first come, first serve basis. We do not hold places in classes for returning students. Registration continues until classes are full.
• Payment must accompany all registrations.

Policies and Procedures:

• Full payment is due at registration
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment
• There are no full refunds after the second week of class
• Late fees will be charged for any child picked up after 6:00 p.m.
• Each child enrolled in After School Programs (not individual classes) must submit an up-to-date (i.e., within 1 year) medical form to the Arts and After School Director before he/she can attend the program
• Appropriate attire required for Karate and Super Soccer Stars (see class description for specifics)
• We will remove any child from escorted walkovers who endangers the safety of others.
